The Fraser Valley Jets and Meadow Ridge Moose advanced to the semi-final round of the Tourism Hope / SCWHL Championship Tournament, doing what was necessary Saturday morning to earn a chance to play later this evening in the final four.
The Jets needed a win over the South Fraser TNT in the first of two games in the morning, and earned a 6-0 victory.

Fraser Valley will face-off against the Richmond Devils, a team which clinched a place in the semi-final round yesterday. Game time is 5:30 p.m.
The Meadow Ridge Moose hung on for a 2-2 tie with the Richmond Devils in the last round robin game. Kirsten Langston and Sydney Kreps scored second period goals for a 2-0 Moose lead heading into the third period.
Richmond came back with late goals from Laura Horwood and Stephanie Costales to tie the game, and earn first place in the group.
