First Star: Ashley Fisher (Kamloops Vibe)
Ashley Fisher upped her league-leading shutout total to 11, shutting out the South Fraser TNT twice in a pair of games at the Sandman Centre in Kamloops.
Fisher made 17 saves in a 4-0 win Saturday, then stopped 13 in a scoreless tie Sunday. She leads all netminders with a 0.67 goals against average.
Second Star: Payge Pena (Meadow Ridge Moose)
Payge Pena scored three times in the third period to lead the Meadow Ridge Moose to a 7-1 win over the Northern Penguins Friday night at the Langley Sportsplex.
Pena is now second among SCWHL goal scorers with 14, and fifth in points with 21 in 12 games played.
Third Star: Mya Zeimer (Northern Penguins)
Mya Zeimer recorded her first three goals of the season in a four-game road trip to the Lower Mainland. She scored one goal each in a 3-1 win over the TWU Spartans, a 3-1 loss to the Richmond Devils, and a 3-1 setback in a rematch with TWU.
