The South Coast Women’s Hockey League welcomes Tourism Hope – Cascades and Canyons and Kerfuffle Creations as sponsors of the Provincial Championship Tournament.
Tourism Hope – Cascades and Canyons is the presenting sponsor of the six-team tournament which will determine BC Hockey’s Senior AA champion.
The competing teams in the tournament are the defending champion North Shore Rebels, the Fraser Valley Jets, Meadow Ridge Moose, Kamloops Vibe, South Fraser TNT and Richmond Devils. The teams qualified by placing in the top six during the SCWHL regular season.
The Tourism Hope / SCWHL Championship Tournament will be played March 24-26 in Hope, BC.
Kerfuffle Creations is the presenting sponsor of the Sportswave Broadcasting livestream of the four playoff games in the tournament. Sportswave livestreamed the consolation and championship games at the 2022 provincial tournament. This season, they will livestream the two semifinal games on Saturday night as well as the two medal games Sunday afternoon.
After the quarterfinal round robin portion of the tournament on Friday (Mar. 24) and Saturday morning (Mar. 25), two teams will be eliminated from the tournament. The remaining four teams will advance to the semifinal round Saturday evening. The final is Sunday afternoon (Mar. 26) at 12:15 pm.
